PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-power supply ground unit and a train controller that can securely transmit invalid data and do not require to be covered with a radio wave cutoff cover after being newly installed or updated, until operation is started, and including a case of a long term test performed prior to start of the operation.SOLUTION: Logic conditions (S21 to S2n) are input into a logic section 1 that outputs a corresponding logic signal S3. A stop circuit 3 supplies a logic signal S5 that is fixed to either a logic value 1 or a logic value 0 to a transmission circuit 5 when the logic section 1 outputs two or more logic signals S31, S32. |
