PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition for an electrode, which is capable of producing an electrode having excellent storage stability, good adhesion, and good charge/discharge characteristics.SOLUTION: The binder composition for an electrode according to the present invention, which is for producing an electrode to be used for a power storage device, is characterized in that: it contains a polymer (A), a compound (B) having an amide group, and a liquid medium (C); the polymer (A) is fluorine-containing polymer particles or diene polymer particles; the concentration of the compound (B) in the binder composition is 50-1500 ppm. |
