PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a ground controller to assign radio resources of a handover destination base station at appropriate timing without installing a position detector near a railway track in a radio communication system such as a train radio system.SOLUTION: A mobile station transmits the positional information on a mobile object determined on the basis of signals from GPS satellites to a ground controller via a base station, and the ground controller assigns a mobile station provided in the mobile object a radio channel of a handover destination base station on the basis of the received positional information on the mobile object. |
