PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idle time control system for increasing an idle stop time.SOLUTION: An idle time control system for controlling an idle time by adjusting an engine cooling water temperature is provided, and the system includes: a temperature detection device for engine cooling water; a front grille which can be changed in opening; a control device that adjusts the opening of the front grille based on information from the temperature detection device; and an opening changing device that changes the opening of the front grille based on a command from the control device. The engine idle time is controlled, by changing the opening of an air inlet grille for cooling a radiator of a vehicle to change the temperature of engine cooling water. |
