PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a prism, without increasing the size of an imaging apparatus configured to include an imaging optical system member including the prism, in the imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a buffer member elastically supporting a lens frame holding the imaging optical system member including the prism with respect to a frame member, a prism holding frame having a prism housing chamber housing the prism and constituting a part of the lens frame, and an adhesive injection hole whose one end is opened to the outer surface of the prism holding frame and other end is opened to the inside of the prism housing chamber. The opening on the other end side of the adhesive injection hole has a flat shape whose longitudinal direction is a direction orthogonal to a direction where a buffer effect for the lens frame by the buffer member is smallest and the prism is fixed by an adhesive injected through the adhesive injection hole. |
