Achieved is a high-frequency switch module at which mutual interference between a driving power source signal and a control signal and communication signal does not easily arise. The high-frequency switch module (10) is provided with a laminate body (900) and a switch IC (11). The switch IC (11) is mounted to the top surface of the laminate body (900). By means of DC voltage conductors (24, 21, 22, 23), the driving power source signal input terminal (PIC(Vd)) and control signal input terminals (PIC(Vc1), PIC(Vc2), (PIC(Vc3)) of the switch IC (11) are respectively connected to DC external input terminals (PM10, PM11, PM12, PM13). The in-layer conductors of the DC voltage conductors (24, 21, 22, 23) are disposed in a manner so that at least a portion overlaps the laminate body (900) when seen along the direction of lamination. |
