摘要 |
PURPOSE: An iron catalyst for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell is provided to improve a catalytic activity by depositing iron on carbon nanotubes which grows on carbon paper by a sputtering process. CONSTITUTION: An iron catalyst for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell using a sputtering comprises: a step of growing carbon nanotubes on a carbon paper(S100); a step of depositing iron(Fe) on the carbon nanotubes by using a sputtering(S300); and a step of heat-treating the carbon nanotubes with deposited iron under ammonia gas(S400). The iron catalyst forms a ligand for Fe-n-C coordination bond.
