METHOD FOR FORMING TEXTURE OF FE-CO-BASED ALLOY PLATE, AND SOFT MAGNETIC STEEL SHEET MANUFACTURED THEREBY

<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a metal plate formed with particles having {100} planes parallel to a plate surface of the metal plate containing a Co alloy of Fe 10-35 wt%. The present invention provides a method for forming a {100} plane texture of the surface of the metal plate, comprising the steps of: heat-treating the metal plate below the temperature for preventing oxidation of a metal surface in a Co alloy group of Fe 10-35 wt% and stabilizing austenite phase temperature; and phase-transforming the heat-treated metal plate to a ferrite phase. In addition, a soft magnetic steel sheet manufactured by the method is provided. The method is able to remarkably reinforce the strength of the {100} plane texture of the Co alloy plate of Fe 10-35 wt% in a short period of time.</p>
