PURPOSE: An unmanned control streetlight is provided to supply generated electricity by using wind power or sunlight and to be automatically controlled by being automatically emitted depending on the surrounding environment. CONSTITUTION: An unmanned control streetlight includes an electricity supply means (10) generating electricity using natural energy; a storage battery storing the generated electricity; a sensing means sensing the light and the darkness around a pillar (1); a control device controlling the electricity of the storage battery; and a security means (70) taking an image around the pillar and transmitting the image. The electricity supply means includes a wind power generating device (20) generating electricity by wind power and a sunlight accumulating device (30) generating electricity by sunlight.
