PURPOSE: A maximum power demand controller is provided to prevent a blackout and save energy by controlling a device without a remote controller. CONSTITUTION: A maximum power demand controller includes a body (400), a frequency sensor (100), a current sensor (600), a temperature sensor, a control unit (200), and a switching unit (300). The body includes a power line connecting terminal and a load power line connecting terminal. The power line connecting terminal is formed with an outlet type and is detachably connected to the end of a power line. The load power line connecting terminal is connected to the power line connecting terminal and is detachably connected to the end of a load power line. The frequency sensor is installed on the body and senses a frequency. The current sensor is installed on the body and senses a current flow. The temperature sensor is installed on the body and senses the temperature of a demand control object installation place. The control unit outputs a switching signal from the temperature sensor. The switching is installed on the body and switches power supplied from the control unit to a demand control object.
