PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator which suppresses variation in a connecting position of wire bonding and suppresses stray capacitance generated at the connecting position. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric vibrator 10 includes a base substrate 14 and a piezoelectric vibrating piece 20 of which one terminal in a length direction is held in a cantilever state by a fixed part 34 provided on the base substrate 14. The piezoelectric vibrating piece 20 includes: a first lead-out electrode 42 which is formed on a first surface 38 of the piezoelectric vibrating piece 20 at a side of the base substrate 14 and includes a first connecting part 46 at a position to be connected with the fixed part 34 in a plane view; and a second lead-out electrode 52 which is formed on a second surface 46 on a side opposite from the base substrate 14 side and includes a second connecting part 56 at a position overlapped with the fixed part 34 and the first connecting part 46 in a plane view.
