A measured dosing cap assembly (7) suitable for use with a squeeze-operated container comprising a storage chamber containing a fluid, the measured dosing cap assembly comprising: (a) a measuring chamber (9) defined by a base (11) and circumferential wall (13) (b) a feed spout (15) which extends upwardly from a base of the measuring chamber; (c) a deflector (17) which extends from at least one position on the periphery of the measuring chamber to overlie the top of the feedspout with a gap defined therebetween, such that the fluid can exit the feedspout laterally via said gap a foldable pour spout (33). Invention also provides a squeeze-operated container comprising a storage chamber containing a fluid and a measured dosing cap assembly wherein the measuring chamber is in fluid communication with the storage chamber via the feed spout of the assembly; the storage container being squeezable to force the fluid from the storage chamber into the measuring chamber via the gap on the feed spout, for pouring from the measuring chamber. |
