<p>PURPOSE: A method for detecting an antigen is provided to adjust the flow and reaction time of an assay sample, improve response sensitivity and minimize an influence by a sensing response temperature or a concentration of the assay sample, thereby having the excellent safety, reliability and reproducibility of data. CONSTITUTION: : A method for detecting an antigen in an assay sample comprises: a step of contacting a detection antibody, which includes a label generating detectable signals and specifically combines an antigen, with an assay sample; a step of contacting the product of the previous step with a capture antibody which specifically unites with the antigen; a step which contacts the detection antibody, which includes the label generating detectable signals, with a reference substance which includes an epitope combining specifically the detection antibody and is combined with a surface of solid material; a step of measuring the signals generated from the label of the products of the previous steps; and a step of determining the presence or the amount of the antigen in the assay sample by analyzing the measured signals.</p> |
