<p>PURPOSE: A micro multivalent antigen slide is provided to diagnose occurrence of immune antibody to various kinds of lesionella pneumophila, and to measure immunity antibody titer to the various kinds of lesionella pneumophila. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of micro multivalent antigen slide for legionnaires disease diagnosis by indirect fluorescent antibody test comprises the steps of: preparing slide formed with multiple micro wells capable of accommodating 2-5 ml solution; inactivating multiple legionella pneumophilas which will be used as antigen; and fixing different legionella pneumophilas to the well respectively. Micro multivalent antigen slide for legionnaires disease diagnosis by indirect fluorescent antibody test comprises: slide formed with multiple micro wells capable of accommodating 2-5 ml solution; and legionella pneumophila antigen fixed to the well.</p>
