PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet carrier which can easily carry a sheet and is superior in the handling properties of the sheet, and to provide a sheet-carrying product wherein the sheet is stored in the sheet carrier. SOLUTION: The sheet carrier 1 is provided with a storage body 10 for storing the sheet, and a shoulder belt 12 provided on the storage body 10. The storage body 10 includes a back surface part 14, and a width regulating part 16 provided on the back surface part 14 so as to form an opening toward the inside, from both the ends of the back surface part 14 in the width direction. Both the ends of the width regulation part 16 in its length direction are connected to the back surface part 14. A shoulder surface 20 is an external surface on one side of the back surface part 14 of the storage body 10, which is center-folded in its length direction so as to encapsulate the width regulating part 16 in the storage body 10. The shoulder surface 20 is provided with the shoulder belt 12 so that a folded-back part 22 is positioned upward. The sheet carrier 1 is configured so that it faces above.
