PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reduction effect of common mode noise components by simple constitution in a three-phase common mode filter for a motor driving machine. SOLUTION: The three-phase common mode filter for the motor driving machine is equipped with an input side neutral point detecting circuit, which detects the neutral point potential of input three-phase AC power, an output side neutral point detecting circuit, which detects the neutral point potential of output three-phase AC power, a three-phase common mode reactor, which reduces common mode noise components included in input three-phase AC power and outputs it as output three-phase AC power, a detected potential output terminal of the output side neutral point detecting circuit, and a compensating coil, which is connected between it and a detected potential output terminal of the input side neutral point detecting circuit and generates induced electromotive power for reducing the common mode noise components in a three-phase common mode reactor.
