PURPOSE: A hot forming apparatus and a hot forming method are provided to easily forming a complicated shape and to exclude a heating process. CONSTITUTION: A hot forming apparatus a heater (200), a cooler (300), a chamber (500), and a forming press (400). The heater and the cooler are sequentially placed. A first and a second winding roll for winding a steel sheet are respectively plated at both ends of the steel sheet. The cooler includes a temperature controller controlling the temperature of the steel sheet to have a predetermined temperature range. The chamber is installed after the cooler. The temperature of the steel sheet is controlled into the predetermined temperature range, and then the forming press forms the steel sheet under an inert gas atmosphere and a vacuum atmosphere with inline. |
