<p>A data processing system enables faster exchange of data between data processing units having a CPU, and simplifies the writing of a data exchange program for the data processing units. A data processing apparatus 3 has a communication unit 4 with a first storage unit 31 and a second storage unit 32. The first storage unit 31 is used for sending data from the first data processing unit 1 to the second data processing unit 2. The second storage unit 32 is used for sending data from the second data processing unit 2 to the first data processing unit 1. Data can therefore be asynchronously exchanged between the data processing units without coordinating control of CPU operations in the data processing units, and control of data communication between the data processing units is simplified.</p> |
