The unit has a bracing unit accommodated between a retaining rod (8) and parallel side pieces of an angular profile. A locking unit is connected with a retaining unit (7) at a side piece, which points to a frame external side. The locking unit engages the retaining unit in a locked position of the angular profile, which is transferable to a locking position by moving the angular profile in a longitudinal direction of frame side pieces. The angular profile is provided for internal-sided fastening of the bracing unit.
