The present invention is directed to a composition comprising pharmaceutically acceptable silicon-based particles, at least one pharmaceutically acceptable dispersant, and optionally one or more binders or thinking agents, pharmaceutically acceptable surface active viscosity builders, flavour additives, preservatives and/or food colorants for use in the surface sealing of mammal teeth and/or dentures.
