PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency variable fatigue testing device using an electrically operated vibration generator targeting a mold material of a ground coil for a superconducting magnetically levitated railroad, and making a fatigue test by applying a bend fatigue load to a material test piece by an electrically operated vibration generator as a drive source. SOLUTION: The frequency variable fatigue testing device using an electrically operated vibration generator is equipped with: the electrically operated vibration generator 12 that energizes current at an optional frequency to a movable coil placed in a magnetic field environment by an excitation coil to generate linear vibration; a movable section 14 disposed at an upper portion of the electrically operated vibration generator 12; and a tool 18 for exciting test pieces including a link mechanism 17 composed at both the sides of a test piece 16 made of made of a mold material of a ground coil for a magnetically levitated railroad disposed at an upper portion of the movable section 14.
