NUCLEOLIN SPECIFIC APTAMER AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A nucleolin-specific aptamer is provided to function as a nucleolin inhibitor and be used as an agent suppressing the dysplasia of a cell, thereby usefully used for the treatment of hyper-proliferative disease such as cancer. CONSTITUTION: A nucleolin-specific aptamer includes a sequence in which at least one thymidine (T) existing in a sequence number 3 is respectively substituted with deformation pyrimidine nucleoside. The deformation pyrimidine nucleoside is one among deoxyuridine (dU) having a hydrophobic group in 5-position, deoxycytidine (dC), uridine (U) and cytidine (C). A sequence number 3 is NGGTGGTGGTGGTTGTGGTGGTGGTGGN. In the sequence number 3, each N is nonexistence or one nucleoside selected from a group consisting of adenosine (A), thymidine (T)/uridine (U), cytidine (C) and guanosine (G).
