PURPOSE: Vehicle customer management system and method are provided to clearly understand a repair process of a vehicle by grasping information about repair of a vehicle through an image key frame of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle recognition unit (11) photographs an image of a warehousing vehicle and transmits the image in real time. An area capture unit (12) extracts an image region corresponding to a license plate of a vehicle from the transmitted image. An information recognition unit (13) receives the image region extracted from the area capture unit. The information recognition unit identifies text and number of the received image region and recognizes a number of the vehicle. An image photography unit (21) photographs a repair process of the vehicle into a video. An image processing unit (22) extracts an image key frame from the video.
