PURPOSE: A method for enhancing transformation efficiency using useful gene-introduced Agrobacterium is provided to stably transfer the gene into Chrysanthemum. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing transformation efficiency in Chrysanthemum comprises: a step of inoculating useful gene-introduced Agrobacterium with 0.7-1.0 of OD 600 value into a scratched leaf fragment of Chrysanthemum; a step of culturing the leaf fragment in a co-culture medium containing 20 mg/L of acetosyringone for 4 days; and a step of selecting the leaf fragments in a redifferentaition selective medium. The useful gene is a combination of CuZnSOD(copper zinc superoxide dismutase) gene and APX(ascorbate peroxidase) or NDPK2(nucleoside diphosphate kinase 2) gene. |
