<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently removing powder dust and foreign matter adhering or firmly stuck to various kinds of objects to be cleaned having aperture parts by cleaning. <P>SOLUTION: High speed air current is generated by a cleaning medium accelerating nozzle 11 in a state that air in a cleaning tank 7 is suctioned: and a flaky cleaning medium 6 is made to fly and the flying direction of the cleaning medium 6 flown to the aperture parts 24 of objects to be cleaned 5 is changed by cleaning medium flying direction control means 25 to hit the cleaning medium 6 against sides of the aperture parts 24 of the objects to be cleaned 5 and thus reliably clean the inner faces of the aperture parts 24 of the objects to be cleaned 5. A jetting port 26 for jetting an air current toward the inner faces of the aperture parts 24 of the objects to be cleaned 5 is formed in the cleaning medium flying direction control means 25 to accelerate the flying cleaning medium 6 in the direction to the inner faces of the aperture parts 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
