摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating device for alleviating temperature difference in a width direction of a pyrogenic member. SOLUTION: A fixing device 50 includes an excitation coil 60 generating a magnetic field H, a fixing belt 52 equipped with a pyrogenic layer 66, a first magnetic path forming member 62 arranged at an opposite side of the fixing belt 52 of the excitation coil 60, a second magnetic path forming member 74 arranged at an opposite side of the excitation coil 60 of the fixing belt 52, and a second magnetic core 62B for augmenting magnetic flux density of the magnetic field H. Here, the magnetic flux density of the magnetic field H is increased by the second magnetic core 62B of the first magnetic path forming member 62, so that, when the fixing belt 52 moves, a rate of temperature rise at an area where the temperature of the fixing belt 52 falls is to get larger than other parts. With this, a temperature falling area of the fixing belt 52 becomes at equivalent temperature with the other areas, and a temperature difference in a width direction of the fixing belt 52 is alleviated.
