<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller capable of improving visibility when an icon moves. <P>SOLUTION: An animation generating device of this invention is provided with: a graphic plane generation part 4 which generates an animation of a moving icon; and a reception part which acquires a command including moving speed specification information designating the moving speed of the icon.
