The invention relates to an automatic and transparent handover convenience information support method (HOCIS method) for a subscriber (TLN) of a primary communications process (also known as a primary telecommunications process, or PTKV) in which a handover takes place, said handover process comprising arbitrary lead/trail times prior to and following the actual "handover". "Convenience information support" means that the PTKV-TLN has not necessarily requested the HOCIS, but generally accepts that the unsolicited support is welcome or helpful, e.g. announcements, advice or arrangements (= convenience information support) relevant to the passenger of a flight at the departure or arrival airport. Compared to measures of this type that are often standard, the HOCIS can be individually configured by the person concerned. The HOCIS of a PTKV-TLN occurs by means of a transfer of information relevant to said actual HO, which can be a potential, current or backdated HO, during the HO process, said information having been provided for this purpose by at least one non-human module M(HOCIS) in at least one system of at least one secondary telecommunications process (STKV) for the TLNs. |
