The invention relates to a system (1) for recovering renewable energy, comprising a heat pump system (2) with at least one electric motor (16, 16') for a compressor (14) or a fluid circulation pump (18a, 18b), at least one photovoltaic solar panel (3), and an AC-DC/DC electronic converter (4) interconnected between the solar panels and the heat pump system.
