PURPOSE: A safe cutter knife is provided to prevent an injury on a user using a cover. CONSTITUTION: A safe cutter knife includes a cover (10). The cover is attached to a portion through which a knife is extracted, and covers the knife. When not being used, the knife is housed by a spring attached to the body and the cover of the cutter knife. When being used, the knife is extracted while the cover is moved up. |
