A health supplement composition 10 comprises vitamin B1 (thiamine) in a range of 0.5mg to 5mg, vitamin B3 (niacin) in a range of 1mg to 50mg, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) in a range of 0.5mg to 5mg, tryptophan in a range of 50mg to 1000mg, and tyrosine in a range of 50mg to 1000mg. The composition 10 may further comprise vitamin C (ascorbic acid and/or ascorbate) in a range of 20mg to 1000mg and/or a calcium salt in a range of 50mg to 500mg calcium component. The composition can be provided in the form of a water-soluble powder, in the form of a capsule (22, figure 2), tablet or pill, or ready dissolved in a suitable liquid. The composition may also be added directly to products such as cakes, chocolate or chewing gum. |
