PURPOSE: A contamination removal system for processing fine soil adapted to consecutively process soil by separating the soil according to the particle size is provided to increase washing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A contamination removal system for processing fine contains a cleaning system (1000) for separating polluted matters by washing the soil according to the size of the particle with the multi-phase steps, a thermal desorption system (2000) for thermal-desorption processing sludge from the soil polluted by the organic compound or from the cleaning system. The cleaning system has an input part (100) with an input hopper for transferring the soil polluted by the organic compound to the thermal desorption system, a first cleaning station (200) for washing the soil and separating and discharging the soil over the fixed size outside and transferring the remaining soil and washing water to a second cleaning station, the second cleaning station (300) for discharging the washed soil over the fixed size outside and transferring the remaining soil and washing water to a third cleaning station, the third cleaning station(400) for discharging the washed soil over the fixed size outside and transferring the remaining fine soil and washing water to a cohesion-floating processing station, the cohesion-floating processing station (500) for performing the aggregation reaction and the floating effect to produce floating sludge and to dehydrating and discharging the floating sludge outside, and a cohesion-precipitation processing station for performing the aggregation reaction and the precipitation effect and dehydrating and discharging the precipitated sludge outside.
