COLOR TIRES FOR VEHICLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A color tire for a car and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a tire which has various colors and drawings by attaching a color film and a film in which a drawing is printed in the tire with a resin electrodepositing method and a thermosetting method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a color tire for a car comprises: a step of performing a spotting with an adhesive resin in a bead portion of a tire by using an injector; a step of performing a resin electrodepositing with a color film in the bead portion in which the adhesive resin is spotted; a step of performing a thermosetting with the color film by using a thermosetting mold in a sidewall part of the tire, a shoulder portion, and the bead portion after the step of resin electrodepositing. The color tire for the car comprises: a tread for protecting a carcass and a breakers, and enhancing the endurance; a shoulder portion (512) which is formed in the side of the tread, and radiates a heat which is generated during driving to outside while protecting the carcass; a rubber layer which is comprised with a sidewall part (513) which protects the carcass from the tread and to the bead portion (514); a color file which is processed with thermosetting in the sidewall part and the shoulder portion with the adhesive resin; and the color film is made with a thermoplastic resin.
