PURPOSE: A cargo tank having a flexible pack is provided to improve the efficiency of a work by simultaneously loading and unloading two kinds of liquids. CONSTITUTION: A cargo tank (1000) having a flexible pack (200) comprises a tank body (100), a first inlet (110), and a second inlet (120). The tank body has a storage space (101). The flexible pack is installed in the storage space of the tank body and receives liquid therein. The first inlet is formed on the tank body and is coupled to the inlet (210) of the flexible pack. The second inlet is formed on the tank body and supplies liquid to the storage space.
