NEW KLEBSIELLA PNEUMONIAE J2B AND RECOMBINANT STRAIN PRODUCING 3-HYDROXYPROPIONIC ACID USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A klebsiella pneumoniae J2B strain is provided to effectively produce 3-HP by inducing an overexpression of aldehyde dehydrogenase through a recombination. CONSTITUTION: A klebsiella pneumoniae J2B strain produces 1,3-propandiol and 3-hydroxy propionic acid. A recombining strain is produced by transducing a recombinant vector comprising aldehyde dehydrogenase gene to the klebsiella pneumoniae J2B strain. A producing method of 1,3-propandiol and 3-hydroxy propionic acid comprises the step of: culturing the klebsiella pneumoniae J2B strain in a culture medium comprising carbon source.
