Removable door for a deck oven

The oven (10) has a swiveling door (12) moving from closed state to open state by swiveling around its pivot axis (A) according to rotation direction. The door is moved to bring its axis in a position shifted relative to another position, in maintenance state. The door freely swivels around its axis according to another rotation direction (S2) opposite to the former direction toward cleaning position in which a wall (22) extends toward outer side of a cooking chamber (13) such that a user reaches a wall surface (22b) that is rotated toward the chamber without the removal of the door.
