PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach γ-oryzanol to a fiber and to maintain the physiological effect. SOLUTION: It is ascertained that the above issue is solved by this invention which is based on dissolving γ-oryzanol into an oil solution together with vitamin E group to obtain an emulsion and attaching it onto a fiber.
