PURPOSE: A hybrid web application execution method and an apparatus thereof are provided to enable a developer to easily produce a platform independent hybrid web application based on a web standard language, and to provide the application to various terminals and platform environment. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid web application interface layer(200) requests a process corresponding to the call of application program interface(API) by the request of a web user interface layer(100) to a cross platform system service interface layer(300), and receives and provides the processing result to the cross platform system service interface layer.
