The invention relates to dosimetry of radioactive radiations, nuclear physics, nuclear instrument making, radiation medicine and biology, and to ecological monitoring. A detector of ionizing radiation includes semiconductor sensitive elements intended for registration of α-radiation, &bgr;- radiation, X-ray radiation, γ- radiation and neutron radiation, wherein the detector includes two semiconductor sensitive elements one of which is intended for registration of α-radiation, &bgr;- radiation and X-ray radiation, and the second one – for registration of γ- radiation and neutron radiation. The first in the direction of beam propagation placed is a semiconductor sensitive element for registration of α- radiation, &bgr;- radiation and X-ray radiation, after which in sequence in the beam propagation direction the second semiconductor sensitive element for registration of γ- radiation and neutron radiation and radiator of material with large cross section of neutron capture, for instanceU, is placed. Between the second semiconductor sensitive element and radiator a controlled gate is installed. The technical result of the invention is in increase of effectiveness of registration of ionizing radiation of any type, with decrease of the dimensions and weight, simplification of operation. |
