PURPOSE: A contrast agent is provided to be able to be used as a contrast agent for diagnosis of diseases generated in every organs as the size of dysprosium oxide nanoparticle is very small, which facilitate to be discharged to urine through the kidney. CONSTITUTION: An MRI contrast agent includes a dysprosium oxide nanoparticle made by a dysprosium oxide nanoparticle coupled with a biocompatible ligand. A manufacturing method of the dysprosium oxide nanoparticle comprises 1) a step of manufacturing reactant 1 by dissolving a dysprosium precursor in glycol, adding a basic solution and reacting at 70-90deg.C; 2) a step of manufacturing reactant 2 by adding hydrogen peroxide to the reactant 1 and reacting; and 3) a step of adding a biocompatible ligand to the reactant 2 and reacting. |
