PURPOSE: A method for forming foam patterns with a three-dimensional effect on a fabric is provided to expect high productivity because three-dimensional patterns are formed on the fabric using transfer paper on a printed layer with a predetermined thickness. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming foam patterns with a three-dimensional effect on a fabric comprises the steps of: preparing a fabric; impregnating an adhesive onto one side of the fabric and forming a base layer with a certain shape; preparing a printed layer which has a predetermined thickness and corresponds to the shape of the base layer and transfer paper with an adhesive layer on the upper side of the printed layer; placing the adhesive layer of the transfer paper on the upper side of the base layer; pressurizing and heating the base layer of the fabric and the transfer paper to integrate the adhesive layer of the transfer paper and the base layer of the fabric; and forming the printed layer with a certain shape and a predetermined thickness on one side of the fabric.
