PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a porous bone substitute is provided to manufacture a strong porous bone substitute using an extruder. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a porous bone substitute comprises the following steps: dry mixing dicalcium phosphate dehydrate and polymer beads; manufacturing a porous bone substitute precursor by the dry mixture and a calcium nitrate solution; putting the porous bone substitute precursor into an extruder and extrusion molding; and thermally treating the molded porous bone substitute precursor.
