PURPOSE: A bonded steel sheet manufacturing method for a fire door is provided to form a bonding layer between a bead sheet and a surface steel sheet, thereby having excellent heat insulation, sound insulation, dedusting properties than a single layer steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A bonded steel sheet manufacturing method for a fire door comprises a bead sheet(100), an adhesive resin(200), and a surface steel sheet(300). The bead sheet is composed of a galvanized steel sheet(EGI) material or a hot dip galvanized steel sheet(GI) material. The adhesive resin is coated one side or the other side of the bead sheet. The surface steel sheet is combined with the adhesive resin, and composed of one material which is selected among aluminum, copper, and stainless steel. |
