PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing inflammatory diseases and sepsis is provided to accurately measure APE1/Ref-1 protein or molecule level and to simply and accurately determine the prognosis of diseases. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing inflammatory diseases and sepsis comprises: a step of electrophoresing blood; a step of reacting primary APE1/Ref-1 antibody on the gel of the electrophoresis and washing the gel; a step of reacting marker-conjugated secondary APE1/Ref-1 antibody and washing; a step of adding chromogenic agent and measuring luminescence level. The marker of the secondary antibody is HRP(horseradish peroxidase), alkaline phosphatase, colloid gold, FITC(poly L-lysine-fluorescein isothiocyanate) or RITC(rhodamine-Bisothiocyanate). |
