The invention relates to metallurgy, specifically to , , stripping, recombining (HRSR) under low hydrogen pressure with the purpose to form anisotropic highly dispersed structure of Sm-Co alloy powders and obtaining powders of the same structures via handling said operations; prior to the HRSR operations mechanochemical processing of a casting or Sm-Co alloy in a high energy mill is made, such parameters are provided that ferromagnetic phase of the alloy is not disproportioned and in said phase a defect microstructure is formed. Prior to milling the casting or powder of said alloy is hydrogenated under low pressure, milled under hydrogen pressure of 0,35 MPa with mill chamber rotation frequency 100-400 rev/min and milling duration 5 min - 1 hour. Vacuum hydrogen processing is performed in hydrogen under low pressure ≤0,4 MPa and temperature of 560- during 2 hours and in vacuum from 1 Pa to 10Pa under the temperature of 650-950 ° C. The invention provides obtaining the alloy powders of Sm-Co with high anisotropy and finely divided – a size of crystal grains is 70-150 nm, texture parameter is 0,052, coercive force – up to 41 kOe. The obtained powders enable manufacturing sintered magnets. |
