PURPOSE: A skin forming method for making two-tone color with one cycle is provided to reduce production costs with automated mass production and to freely control the thickness or width of a skin. CONSTITUTION: A skin forming method for making two-tone color with one cycle is as follows. A guide panel is installed in an electroforming mold to divide the electroforming mold into two parts. The electroforming mold is rotated after first materials are injected to one side of the electroforming mold by connecting a first material box to the electroforming mold. The guide panel of the electroforming mold is separated. The electroforming mold is rotated after second materials are injected by connecting a second material box. After the electroforming mold is cooled, a two-tone colored skin(300) is separated. |
