PURPOSE: An automatic lifting apparatus for reduction equipment is provided to reduce the stopping time of a rolling roll by simultaneously lifting both lifting parts with a motor part. CONSTITUTION: An automatic lifting apparatus for reduction equipment(2) comprises a motor part(10), a first gear(12), a second gear(13), a rotary shaft(30), and lifting parts(20). The motor part is installed in the reduction equipment for lifting a rolling roll and is operated by the control signals from a control part. A rotary gear(11) is formed in one side of the motor part. The first gear is engaged with a rotary gear in order to transfer the rotation of the motor part. The second gear is engaged with the first gear in order to transfer the rotation force of the motor part. The rotary shaft is installed in one side of the reduction equipment through the second gear. Lifting gears are formed on both ends of the rotary shaft. The lifting parts are formed on both sides of the reduction equipment; rotate on a fixing rod fixed on the floor; and are engaged with the lifting gear in order to rotate laterally so that the reduction equipment can be lifted. A measuring sensor for measuring the diameter of the rolling roll is connected to the control part. An input device is connected to the control part in order to change a set value of the control part. |
