PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of zinc oxide nanostructure is provided to synthesize a zinc oxide nanostructure through a simple process without using a catalyst and substrate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of zinc oxide nanostructure comprises: a step of preparing a ZnS raw material; a step of putting the ZnS raw material into a crucible; a step of injecting the crucible into a heating furnace; a step of oxidizing the ZnS by heating the crucible in a heat-treating temperature for a specific time; and a step of crucible. The heat-treating temperature is higher than the boiling temperature of the zinc. The furnace is controlled into an oxidation atmosphere. The heat-treating temperature is 910-1200°C. The specific time is changed according to the amount of the raw material. In the amount of the raw material is 0.5-1g than the time is 5-180 minutes. The heat treating temperature is increased by a rate of 5-50°C per a minute.
