FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a combination preparation for increasing the potency of vaccines containing an antigen. The preparation contains synthetic glycolipid PBS-57 and the vaccine. The ingredients of the combination preparation may be used both together, and successively. The preparation under the invention is administered intravenously, intracutaneously, subcutaneously and by any other known ways.
