METHOD FOR CORRECTION OF ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION AND PREVENTION OF ARTERIAL LESIONS IN PATIENS WITH HYPERTENSIVE DISEASE

A method for correction of endothelial dysfunction and prevention of arterial lesions of patients with essential hypertension comprises the medical antihypertensive treatment and non-drug correction using an ozone-oxygen mixture. The losartan antihypertensive drug is prescribed in combination with rectal administration of fixed volume of ozone-oxygen mixture aqueous solution. After a day, followed by stepwise increase in the concentration of ozone in each procedure to the maximum concentration and the same stepwise decrease to the initial concentration.
